All the phone system handsets and internal cards are covered by a twelve (12) month manufacturers' warranty covering defective parts from the date of delivery.

For additional peace of mind we also offer maintenance agreements that cover the cost of labour. We offer this because the labour component to inspect, repair, or replace any defective or broken equipment on site is never covered by these manufacturer warranties. Therefore:

• You can elect to take out a formal maintenance agreement with us. It works exactly the same as an insurance policy for your phone system and it will cover the cost of labour if a site visit is necessary. OR
• In the unlikely event a site visit is required, you can simply pay a fee for the services rendered. Most of the systems we recommend have remote access capabilities - for your convenience.
